worth logging with o2 sensors, egr, cats gone?

Hey,

Just wondering if it is even worth logging any data for you if all my emission system stuff is gone? would it be better to just have someone send me a standard diablo tune with egr, rear o2, and cats deleted before i even start. I have the u7198 not sure on the version yet....still in the mail, should be the newest hopefully.
