Using DSLogRedux ...with NON-ENGLISH XP/Win7 Versions

I am a brand new owner of a U7194 for my 2010 Camaro SS.
My car is stored for the winter at the moment.But at the moment
i'm very anxious to begin to play with my new toy(U7194 Pred.).
I did installed the diablo tune in it already just for curiosity of the thing.
And i also did a small log for fun.But when i tried my little log or one from somebody else
in the forum even the test log on the DSLogRedux,it say's (NO DATA) everywhere.Is that normal?

DSLogRedux Version6.3.1.0

Hi guy's
I found out an easier solution to this problem.
Try it with your computers and tell me if it works.
Go to the Control Panel/Regional And Language options.
Change the format to (French Canadian and the location to Canada).
Me i did the oposite (English-United States and United States) and
it worked so you don't have to use a english version of Windows.
Just to let you know just'in case the problem comes again.
