Using DSLogRedux ... NO DATA

even the TEST LOG? you sure?

post up a log that is giving you a problem.

Never heard of the test log not working...

What version of dslogredux are you running?

After installing, you reduce the default log in "My DSLogRedux Files" and it says NO DATA?

What OS are you running, and did you install with Admin privileges??

Hi,thank's for your response.
I know it's sound weird, but i just select (select log file).
And took the TEST LOG and mine after.The program seem's to work well,
Because i can see that is working good,but at the end i get NO DATA at all.
I did the test on both of my computers one is using Windows XP Pro and the
other computer is using windows 7 both are up to date,so maybe i did something
wrong i don't know.I just followed the normal steps by steps during the installation.
Anyway i'm sending you my Log and two print/screens,one at the end of the analyzes
and one of the version i'm using.Thank's again for your time.

wow... never had THAT happen, nor have I ever encountered this happening. Are you in an account with admin privileges?

I guess the only recommendation I can make is to completely uninstall and re-download and re-install, and make SURE you are installing with Admin privileges.

I can not reproduce that error, XP or Win7, x86, OR x64.....

Any chance you could have over-written the the test log???

Can you e-mail me the test log xls file (frank.bachman@dslogredux.com) ?

I'm using Windows 7/64 Bits and the other computer Windows XP/32 Bits.
And my test logs they're on their way.
Also i'm trying all kind of ways installing your program.
And plus, i'm formating my wife's computer, i had to anyway.
I don't give up i'm working on it.
I let you know of any developments.

I did format my wife's computer and still doesn't work.
I did receive your 64 Bits DSLogDelux and still doesn't work
I installed it all kind of ways and still doesn't work.
But the program seem's to work well but again at the end i get NO DATA!!
The only thing i can see why it doesn't work is maybe because
my windows XP 32 bits  and 7 64 bits are french versions.
Anyway i'll probably not use this program a lot cause i don't know
anything about tuning and let Diablew do the work for me.
But i was curious anyway to see it with your program.

One last thing,i don't give up,i have a laptop i'm gone install Windows XP with the
english version soon in it when i'm gone have the time.Thank's again

are you running windows in the english language, or in French language???

THAT could be the issue... I've seen it happen before with windows running in other languages instead of running in English...

change your windows to run in English and try it...

Yesssssssssssssss! Like i was presuming.It was a question of languages.
So everything run's good with the program i get data now.
So that's it for this problem.One more step to perfection for this progam!
Thank's again you guy's for your help and i can wait for spring to ride my new
camaro ss with a custom tune from diablew!Stay tune !!!!

Just had the same thing happen to me, NO DATA. Changed the regional settings to US and it works. It has to do with the fact that we use a comma when we write 10,1 and you guys write 10.1.
The program gets confused 

Now I only have the injector slope down by 4% and I'm good to go.

the program doesn't get confused... it does exactly what it's supposed to...  it's made for U.S. standards...
