Monte I have used your excellent manual to log the data after installing the Performance Tune. In the process I found that when you use a different regional setting in windows than the English US you need to change your regional window settings to English US otherwise it won't give you any data. This is because we over here in the Netherlands use a comma where you guys would use a dot.

The program told me to adjust injector slope minus 4 percent, so I did, and installed the modified tune, so far so good.

Now I have a few questions:

Is it correct that in your new manual you say that you don't have to do a WOT run anymore and log the data, English is not my native language, and I may read this wrong, please confirm.

I have modified the tune in my Predator, adjusted injector slope minus 4 percent, when I do another run to confirm that it is now correct and find I should go down another percent or two, will the original adjustment I made of minus 4 percent still be visible in the Predator or will it default to 0 on the slider scale. What I mean is this, do I need to adjust the slider down 4 + 2 percent, or can I ad another 2 percent down and will the slider than be on minus 6 percent. (the 2 extra percent is theoretical, I haven't had time to log).

What I did notice is that the car sounds different under acceleration, there seems to be more of a rumble sound, it sounds a bit like a piston fighter plane ( only a bit).

What do you think, is that normal ?

Regards,

Fred

you can adjust it for your vette... that write-up I did says I don't need to adjust it for MY car...

but for the vettes, yes you can adjust it... those cars are pig RICH to begin with and can be leaned out...

for even more giddy-up, you could have me do a complete custom tune for it...  Wink
