Preview of new version --- DSLogRedux 2010

Here is a preview of the latest, upcoming, version of DSLogRedux, Ver. 2010. It is planned to include three rpm ranges for WOT PE adjustment, and additional functionality to assist in managing potential COT over-temp protection to provide accurate WOT PE adjustment recommendations.
